they had some pretty cool voodoo stuff in louisiana....esp new orleans....but they don't want you doing that stuff there...they are very supersticious...funny thing....most were more afraid of my cat (floyd is all white with different colored eyes...one yellow and one blue) than they were walking through the parking lot of our apartment....perhaps their guns made them feel protected ....hmmm....i saw so many people walking with their guns out....i felt unsafe...perhaps they used them for protection against the cats....hmmmm....or perhaps they were just exercising their 2nd amendment right to "keep and bear arms"....whatever....
i'm just glad to be back in wisconsin...one of the few states that does not allow concealed weapons....i never understood the need really...but then again....i like voodoo;)....

That whole gun thing is just odd. ...even seeing guys with hunting rifles is a little strange to me. Grew up in the countryside as well, but people in England don't even hunt so much as they used to... we're very gun phobic.
Not that it helps, gun crime is on the rise in England. That and knife crime. Not good.
Why people can't just use voodoo to settle their differences, I'll never understand! ;)
